ABOUT
Boonie Sripom is an archetype enthusiast and artist who fell into psychology. She loves the transformational nature of storytelling and celebrating the unique strengths of fellow geeks and gamers. As an archetype lover, she knows how affirming labels of identity can be, but also the power it takes to break free of the limiting expectations these same labels may do to us. As a burnt-out gifted kid, she believes in education as a lifelong tool for growth. She knows how powerful it can be for that one teacher or mentor to say they believe in you. She also believes in acknowledging the highest responsibility it takes to care for and support vulnerable learners and communities.
Boonie is a Personal Development Coach for sensitive and creative people, focusing specifically on neurodivergent young adults and creative professionals. Her BA is in Studio Arts and MA in Clinical Psychology. She consults with organizations, therapists, and parents on the neurodivergent experience and how to improve services and perspective. She’s spent many years in educational settings including: preschool, special education as a paraeducator, college counseling, and guest lecturer in university. Schools have potential to be community centers for dissemination of knowledge, resources, and empowerment. One dream is to be a school principal and help improve teaching protocols to support divergent learners.
Boonie thinks video games and fandoms are the ultimate tools for exploring a person’s mythology and archetypes. She LOVES Fortnite and Roblox, games that have resource gathering and design, and challenges herself to play Elden Ring as a true noob. She has a crush on Felix from Fire Emblem and is currently watching The Flash (tv show) and My Hero Academia. Naruto Shippuden is her favorite anime.
