ABOUT

As an online health and fitness coach (and a proud nerd), I empower gamers to reclaim their health, lose weight, and gain the confidence to become the main characters of their lives. With a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology, I use evidence-based strategies and a client-centered approach to design personalized fitness programs tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

My passion for fitness started in 7th grade when I first experienced the weight room, sparking a lifelong journey of transformation. As a former chubby kid, I didn’t shed the weight until high school, when I discovered that my love for strength training far surpassed my interest in sports.

Through my academic and professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of training professional and Olympic-level athletes and coaching students at various high schools. These experiences shaped my coaching philosophy, focusing on fundamentals, safety, and sustainable results.

As a lifelong gamer, I’ve seen the divide between the gaming and fitness communities. Gamers often feel shunned by the fitness world, and I’m here to change that. I specialize in helping clients, particularly gamers and those in sedentary jobs, who have been overlooked by the fitness industry. My mission is to end the stigma that gamers are unhealthy and help them take control of their health, empowering them to become the heroes of their own stories.
