Shipments and returns

Your shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling costs are a flat fee based on the value of your purchase as well as your location. You can choose from 3 shipping options:

  • Standard - generally 7-10 business days 
  • Premium - 5-7 business days
  • Express - 3-5 business days

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico your shipping will automatically be switched to premium.

Returns

We will issue a refund if the product:

  • was misprinted
  • was damaged
  • does not match your order (wrong size, color, type, etc.)

In order to receive a refund/replacement, you must email a photograph showing the issues (misprint, stained, holes, wrong color, etc.) along with an explanation of the problem and your invoice.
